Design Engineering Manager

Arnold is an experienced Design Engineering Manager with over 20 years of expertise in mechanical design, CAD development, and engineering leadership. With a background in R&D and a strong foundation in reverse engineering, sheet metal design, and product innovation, he leads DCP’s design function, focusing on precision, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

Before joining DCP, Arnold held senior roles in various engineering environments, ranging from high-volume manufacturing to bespoke product development, where he consistently delivered solutions that balanced creativity with technical rigour. At DCP, Arnold is focused on driving design excellence and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering best-in-class data centre solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys sim racing and looking after a small personal allotment, where he finds hands-on, practical creativity of a different kind.
